Strict Policy: Size Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from incorrect size selections. Ensure you reference our Size Guide prior to checkout.
Return claims are only valid under the following circumstances:
Return requests must be initiated within a maximum of 7 to 14 days following the verified delivery date as indicated by courier tracking.
Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered under any circumstances.
Standard procedure requires the customer to cover the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
However, we remain open to discussion. For cases involving severe internal errors, please contact Customer Service to negotiate shipping cost coverage.
To initiate a claim, prepare an unedited unboxing video as valid evidence, and immediately contact our Customer Service team. Our representatives will provide specific return shipping instructions.
