Terms of Service

• Account creation is mandatory for all purchases on our website.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You assume full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting fraudulent or policy-violating behavior.

• Time Limit: Payments must be completed within 24 hours of checkout. Orders exceeding this limit are subject to automatic cancellation.
• Cancellation: Orders that have been successfully paid and confirmed cannot be canceled, resized, or have the delivery address modified.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed automatically and securely by the Xendit payment gateway.

Domestic shipments are fulfilled by J&T Express. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Java Island: 2-3 business days.
• Outside Java: 2-7 business days, dependent on the destination.

*We are not liable for shipping delays resulting from external logistical issues or courier constraints.

We enforce a strict return policy as detailed below:

• Size Returns: We do not process returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections by the buyer. Please consult the Size Guide carefully prior to purchasing.
• Valid Conditions: Returns are only accepted in cases involving manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch (wrong item/color) from our inventory.
• Time Limit: Return claims must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of the listed delivery date, accompanied by an unedited unboxing video.
