We are dedicated to dispatching your orders swiftly and securely. All confirmed orders are processed by our fulfillment team within 1-2 business days prior to carrier handover.
Domestic Delivery (Indonesia): We currently service all regions within Indonesia. All domestic orders are exclusively dispatched via J&T Express to guarantee safe delivery.
International Delivery (Worldwide): International shipping options via DHL and Pos Indonesia are currently under development. Further announcements will follow.

Terms of Use:
The complimentary shipping discount is subject to a maximum system-defined cap. Should the actual shipping rate exceed this cap, the remaining balance will be applied to the order subtotal.
Upon dispatch, the tracking number (AWB) will be automatically forwarded to your registered email address. This information is also accessible via your account dashboard under 'Order History'.
